When you first open a project using iProject, you'll be presented with a screen with four tabs in the bottom right hand corner. These are iExplorer, Search, File Transfer, and Progress.

iExplorer is an area where most people will spend a lot of their time using the iProject. It functions as a normal file and directory browsing interface, allowing you to cut, copy, and paste files and folders, delete files, rename files and create new directories. It also has a few other useful features commonly found in a file browsing interface, such as the ability to view important file information and leave notes in a message thread structure attached to files or folders of your choice. In addition to these basic functions, iExplorer also has four built-in data viewing utilities that allow you to view SEGY files, LAS files, plots, and map files.
The Search tab takes you to the iProject's search engine. Like any other powerful search engine, you are able to search for anything contained within the project you have open by typing partial words, whole words and multiple words. The iProject then returns the information that matches your search criteria in a strength percentage type query.
File Transfer is another area that you may spend a lot of your time. It's set up very much like the iExplorer, in that it has the same functionality with regards to creating new folders, cut and paste operations, and the other basic functions mentioned above. In addition to this, it allows you to upload files from your machine to the project you have open, or to download files from the project to your machine.
The Progress tab will take you to a screen that is only active when you have files uploading or downloading to/from the iProject. This area will give you a real time look at what files you have currently transferring, what files are still waiting to transfer, an estimate of how much time is left for your file transfers to complete, and a multitude of other useful information.
