The directory tree in iExplorer works much like any other directory tree in file and directory browsing interfaces. When you first open the iProject, only the root directory is shown. This directory should have the same name as the project you have open. Next to the directory name, you should see a small "+" sign. Clicking on this "+" sign will expand this directory one level, as shown below. This works with any directory. Once you have a directory expanded, the "+" sign will turn into a "-" sign. Clicking the "-" sign will collapse the directory.

To view the files contained within a directory, simply click on the directory so that it's highlighted. On the right hand side, a window titled "Files" should open up. This window will display any files that are contained within the folder, as shown below. Selecting a different directory will refresh this window with the new directories file contents. You'll also notice that this file window has the same maximize, minimize, and close buttons a normal Window would in most regular operating systems.

Near the top of the file window, there's a large box that contains the full path of the files you're viewing. This information can be "drag-selected" and copied, or you may simply click the 'Copy Path to Clipboard' button on the right of this box, as indicated below. Once this path is copied using this method (or drag select) it should be usable in your operating systems clipboard as normal text, allowing you to paste the path into documents, email messages, and more.

In the file list window, you should notice that the files displayed have seven columns of information. The first column is titled Name. This column displays the name of the file. The next column is the extention column which just essentially there for sorting files by extention or viewing the extention of a file name that's long enough to not be displayed without expaning the name column. The next column, size, displays the file size in MegaBytes. Status tells you what state the file is in (Raw, Intermediate, or Final) and is sometimes useful for tracking multiple versions of the same file. The modified column shows the last date that the file was modified, which can also be useful when tracking down a file which may have multiple versions. The uploaded column tells you when a file was uploaded. The last column is the file description, which can be added to or deleted from as the file changes over time. It's often good to have a brief description of a file that has an erroneous name or has many other files with similar names.
As with the Project Selection screen, the titles for each column are actually buttons, and clicking them will sort them as described in the "Sorting Projects" section of this manual.
