Project Selection: Sorting Projects

When you first log into the iProject, you are presented with the Project Selection screen, as seen below. From here you can select different projects to open and view important statistics and information about the projects available to you. In the picture below, there are a few details you can find just by looking at the Project Selection screen. In the top center portion of the screen the username you've logged in with is displayed. To the right of this, you'll be able to see what project (if any) you have open. Below this, the version number and name are displayed along with the server you are logged into. Below this information, you'll find the project list. Here, the name of the project along with the company, field and location are displayed.

Sometimes it's useful to sort the projects you have available to you in order to make it easier to find what you're looking for. You can sort alphabetically by project name, company name, field, and location. To do this, simply click on the label at the top of the column you wish to sort by. In the image below, the arrow is pointing to the "Project" sort button, and as you can see the projects are now sorted alphabetically by name. Clicking this button again will sort them in reverse alphabetical order.
