Clicking the File Transfer tab will bring you to a screen like the one shown below. This is the area where you can copy files and folders to the iProject, or copy them from the iProject to your computer.

The two separate sections you see in this area are the iProject Server (the place where the current project is stored) and the Local Machine (your computer.) You can browse through the directories and files just as you would in the iExplorer window. You'll notice that you've even got the same refresh, new folder, rename, and delete buttons on the left hand side of both locations so that you may do these functions here as well. For more information on these buttons and their functionality, you can go to the Icon Bars section of this manual.
In the center of the screen, you'll see buttons titled 'Structure', 'Download', and 'Upload'. The Structure buttons allow you to copy just the directory structure either "down" from the iProject server to your machine or "up" from your machine to the iProject. Download allows you to download files or folders from the project you're browsing to your machine. Upload is what you use to copy files and folders from your computer to the project.
Next to these buttons, you have a box titled Upload Details with status and description fields. These two fields allow you to change the status or add a description of a file you may be uploading or downloading. They work exactly like the fields you find in the File Descriptions and Directory Information section of this manual.
The last section of note is the Upload Notification checkbox. Upload Notification allows you to send email notification to a list of receipients when you upload a set of files and and/or folders to the iProject. You choose the recipients you want to send the email to, type a message, and the iProject automatically sends the email when the files have finished transfering.
