When uploading files to the iProject server, you can elect to send email notification to a list of recipients when the file transfer completes. To do this, you'll use the Upload Reports option on the File Transfer window. After you've selected the files you want to upload and the destination on the iProject server, clicking the ... button or checking he Send Notification checkbox in the File Transfer tab will open a new window.

The windows shown below is the Upload Email Reports window. Your message will consist of a subject line and body text just like a regular email, and you enter these in the appropriate fields. Once you've finished writing your message, you can choose the recipients for your email notification from the list below body text field. The people you can see is based on a role assigned by your project administrator, and usually is limited to the people who have access to the project you're in. Sometimes, however, you'll have access to multiple projects and may see more users than those that have access to the project you have open. If this is the case, you can click the checkbox that says Only show project staff and the displayed users will be limited to the ones with access to the project you're in. If you'd like the iProject to ask you if it's ok to send the report when your transfer finishes, you can check the Confirm when ready to send checkbox.

Once you've selected all of the users to receive the notification, simply click Accept Report button and your email report will be saved and ready to send when your transfer finishes. The Upload Notification window will close when you click this button, and your 'Send Notification' checkbox should be checked. At this point, your files to upload as well as their destination on the iProject server should still be selected, and you can go ahead and click the Upload button. When the upload finishes, the iProject will automatically start sending the upload notification email unless you've checked the Confirm when ready to send box, in which case it will prompt you first.
