No special settings should be required to enable trusted applets.
When the Java Plug-In detects that an applet requires special privileges,
it will present a dialog with the applet's "credentials"
(i.e. the certificate of its signer) and ask whether to grant the
special privileges.
Select Grant or Grant Always to allow the applet to start.
